| | my dell has a 2.0 intel duo-core; my compaq has a 2.2 intel celeron 900. is the 2.2 always faster than a 2.0??? task manager says, for microsoft flight simulator, says in the dell, cpu operating around 80%. the compaq task manager says cpu is at 100% when flight simulator is running. overall: flight sim seems to load quicker on my compaq. once loaded, the scenery refreshing seems to refresh at a somewhat lagging pace on both. shouldnt a 2.2 be quicker than a 2.0? or is that not not always the case? | | |

| | She is young and in a relationship where the guys cheats on here but she doesnt want to face it, or she has learned to ignore it, or just believe him when he lies about stuff. He keeps her hanging on for him, and breaks up with her so he can sleep around but keeps her right there knowing she wont go anywhere. If she tries to get over him and ignore him he sees that and goes back to her and says he is sorry. They get back together and then he does the same thing over again. They break up all the time and get back together, and it is like she cant escape it. I try and tell her that is not true love and tell her she needs to move on but she cant seem to break the attachment and get over that hump. | | At work I'm good friends with this girl ( we have the same personality) and we tent to compliment each other every now in then. Example: I was wearing a hat and she looks at me and touches my hat and says you look cute with that on. And another time she was wearing this jacket and I said that she looked great. She also has said to me when I just walked into work and I was drinking a beer and quickly had to leave to go because one of my friends called was going to see him, she said going to pick up a girl and I said no. She also had me walk with her once as she was waitressing because I went to get my schedule at work. | | Hi, I connected my linksys to the 2wire using the ethernet cable. Then when I when online into a browser it told me if you are using router to router so you must have so follow these steps to get DMZplus enabled, so I followed it said restart your linksys router and click done. So that is what I did, I followed the steps the bell router gave me. It all works perfect even now, but what is DMZplus because the linksys is connected to the bell router in it. Is it safe I read online that it is not safe at all, but it need not ask anything about firewall or anything? I set the two routers passwords on WPA2 Personal as well so am I safe? | | I have an HP-Pavilion m8020n with a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1600 NTSC/ATSC Combo TV Tuner and have been trying to figure out a way to run a console through my computer. Through my research I've found that there are many switches I can buy that will allow me to hook up my system directly to my monitor's VGA slot, but I was hoping there would be some way to view input directly through my system. The TV tuner has 2 sets of composite video input slots, but I can't find a way to view the Input with windows software. Is there some third party software I can download in order to view the input channel? Why would the tuner even have input ports if there's no way to view the input? | | |

| | OK so I am 13 first of all. And ok heres the problem. 10 months ago i just met the most amazing person ever. We started seeing each other alot because our moms had just became best friends. (Coincidence?). He taught me alot about life and everything. He was a year older then me at the time (I was only 12 so he was 13). The only bad thing about our friendship was that being the teenage guy he is he was sometimes perverted and always put thoughts like that into my mind. But i didn't mind. I began to be ok with it. I had a HUGE crush on him ever since I've met him. I believed he was the one in my heart. ♥ But then after 5 months of us being BEST being friends, he started flirting with girls. This tested my limits ALOT. I would ALWAYS cry myself to sleep EVERY night cause i was sad he didn't flirt with me. He didnt ignore me or anything though. He still cared about me and always worried about me. And from then on it was off and on. Some months he would flirt with me others he would flirt with other girls. (This killed me inside). This confusion caused MANY fights between us. He told me he didn't wanna be friends anymore. This was about 3 months ago. HE ignored me for about a week but then he started talking to me again and apparently forgave me? Weird? But then he started flirting with girls again and i got INSANELY jealous.(again) I would ignore him when he told me about other girls. (I admit i was kinda a bad friend). And then finally, he deleted me from his facebook 2 weeks ago. It was kinda unexpected because things were normal and there wasn't any fights happening at the time. That made it official he was really mad. I am a little over him but I miss him terribly. I have prayed to God to ask him to bring him back but its not working. I sent him a message saying"Why did you delete me" and he never replied. And in person he acts like i dont exist. Plus it doesn't help his best friend moved back here. It is really close to my moms new garden. So im really concerned. -It started / was formed on our neighbors side, but a recent gap, caused by neighbors 4-5 dogs, made a gap. Wasp nest grew...i couldnt see the size, too afraid of getting stung, but my dad said it was big(im pretty sure its bigger than a tennis ball) - my dad doesnt want to hire an exterminator, because he refuses to pay, for what he could do. And he wont kill thee wasps. Hes too lazy, plus he said that if u dont bother them they wont bite u. but when i went to look, he warned me to stay far away, they will bight me!!!!! - so its fine for mom not me?! -i dotnt know wat to do, i want to get rid of the nest, but i might have to pay for an exterminator myself.... | | I take a bath or shower everyday but I have a stuffed animal rabbit that was once white but now it's brownish yellow. (note I am not asking if it's haraam to sleep with stuffed animals I always put them away in my closet before I pray so don't tell me crap like "it's haraam) the thing is my parents thinks it smells but it's not really noticeable for me because I sleep with it every night. It haven't been washed for at least seven years. I remember last time my mom washed it, I couldn't feel my body heat on it anymore and I didn't like it having fresh scent it basically just doesn't feel like it's part of me and it took me a while to get use to it. Ever since then I never have it washed, when my parents asked me to wash my clothing every week I lie and tell them that I washed it also and hide it when they come into my room or whenever someone comes over to my house. what worries me more is I think my parents might throw it away instead of washing it. So my parents complain of my hygiene by saying that it's not clean of me to sleep with that thing they even threaten me by saying that if I don't keep things clean ghosts and demons can inhabit our house. I want to give my parents wish but at the same time I don't want to betray it after all these years I kept it by me. And what if there already is a jeen in my room controlling me and making me not want to have it clean and it's the cause of all of my psychological problems? | | So there's this guy and he's on the basketball team along with my older brother. I've talked to him a couple times when we were giving him a ride home and he's really funny. Also my brother and 2 of his team mates (who I also know) along with the guy who I think is funny went to 7/11 and got slurpees and then the guy called shotgun in my brothers car because I was riding shotgun before. So then like a week ago we were going to take him home and he told my brother to tell me he called shotgun. So when we got to the car i moved my stuff to the back and he was like: "ohhh no I was joking you can have the front" Now this guy is SUPER tall and we have a truck so it would be uncomfortable. It's really tight back there and it can sometimes hurt my knee ( i wear a brace because i've had 2 knee surgeries) but he doesn't know it can hurt my knee. Anyways about 3 days ago. He was dunking and stuff and he was doing it in front of the rest of the team. And then right before he went to dunk. he turned to me and said: "this is for you" and he dunked. I've liked this guy for a while and I didn't think he really knew i existed. Does this stuff mean anything or am I just being a "girl" and reading way to much into it? Oh and a side note. I was telling my brother one day about this guy who I totally scored a 3 pointer on when they were getting a water break earlier that day and the guy said: "sounds like someones got a lil crush on you" I told him I didn't think so and he was like : "uh huh sure " What do you guys think..sorry it's so long. | | |
