| | | Today we announce the creation of the Call of Duty World League, a worldwide eSports league operated by Activision. The league will be comprised of two divisions – The Pro Division and The Challenge Division – each of which will feed into the grand finale of the competitive Call of Duty season. For the first time, the Call of Duty Championship will take place in the fall of 2016, giving players more time to hone their competitive skills while competing in the Call of Duty World League regular season.
For players, it means bigger competitions, bigger prize pools, and more opportunities to get involved. For fans, it means more enhanced content and coverage, making it the best time ever to follow Call of Duty eSports. We can't wait for you to join us on this journey.
