We're reaching out to you with some important information regarding your Myspace profile.
The new Artist Profile has been in Beta for the past several months. We developed the new profile with the artist community in mind, taking input from a broad range of artists across genres, nationalities and popularity, and took a thoughtful approach to developing it with your feedback. You asked for multiple pages to customize, simplified navigation, and more songs on your profile, and we delivered that and more.
Over a million artists have already upgraded and seen increased engagement around song plays, video plays, photo views — all the things that are important to you. We’re now going to be upgrading
ALL artists on Myspace to the new profile over the coming weeks. Our records indicate that you have not logged into Myspace in the past 90 days and we will begin this process for accounts like yours starting tonight.
We will also be introducing some awesome new artist tools that are designed to work with your new profile. Look for an announcement from us the week of December 13th about the new things we're doing to make a better experience for you.
What does it mean to upgrade my profile?Everything you uploaded to your profile will still be there after the upgrade. You'll be using our new customization tools that make it easier than ever to design and change what's on your profile.
What happens if I don't upgrade on my own? If you don't go through the process on your own, we'll simply auto-upgrade you to the default theme. Everything you've already uploaded will still be there. You'll be able to customize your design later.
We encourage you to visit
